Both the Storage Units and Shops have their own electrical power. Abilene Storage units and shops will not be used for any unlawful or immoral purposes. TENANTS WILL NOT STORE ANY EXPLOSIVES OR FLAMMABLE MATERIALS ON THE PREMISES. Tenants may build their own shelving in storage units or shops. All shelving added by tenants must be removed prior to vacating their unit. All storage units and shops have 24-hour access with plenty of parking space at the facility.
All tenants must sign the Abilene Storage Lease Agreement at the Management Office prior to renting a storage unit or shop.
